Do I need to be there during setup?
No. Our team handles the build. We do a handover walkthrough before the show opens so you can step in to a finished stand.
Can I use the same stand at different shows?
Yes. We store your graphics after each event and reuse them at the next show — you only pay for changes you want to make.
How far in advance do I need to book?
At least 4–6 weeks before the show. For larger or busier venues, 8–10 weeks is safer.
Which UK venues do you cover?
All the major ones — NEC Birmingham, ExCeL London, Manchester Central, Edinburgh ICC and more. If your show is elsewhere in the UK, ask us.
