Can I hire furniture for one day?

Yes. We hire for single-day events right through to multi-day shows and longer runs. Tell us your dates and we'll quote for the period you need.

Can I hire furniture only, without a stand?

Yes. We supply furniture on its own for stands arranged elsewhere, delivered and installed at the venue.

Do you supply furniture with exhibition stands?

Yes, and it's where furniture works best. When you hire a stand from us, we design the furniture into the layout from the start. See our Exhibition Stand Hire service.

Do you deliver to ExCeL London?

Yes. We deliver and install across London, including ExCeL. We also supply furniture for Olympia London and other major exhibition venues.

Do you deliver to NEC Birmingham?

Yes. We cover the NEC Birmingham and exhibition venues throughout the Midlands, including Birmingham and Manchester.

Can furniture be branded?

Yes. Reception counters and storage counters can be fitted with branded graphics featuring your company logo, colours and messaging.

Do you install everything?

Yes. Every furniture hire includes delivery, installation, positioning to your layout and collection after the exhibition.

Can I change my order after booking?

Usually, yes. Changes can normally be made depending on availability and how close your event date is. The earlier you let us know, the better.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance. For busy exhibition seasons and popular venues, booking earlier is advisable.

What happens if furniture gets damaged?

Normal wear is expected. Significant damage or loss may incur additional charges, which will be clearly explained in your hire agreement.

Is there a minimum order?
